Ceremony took place in 1993 based on who is in picture (Pvt Rippie was new to the unit just before the Fort Polk move in 1993). The location is Little Rock, Arkansas between the two dorm room buildings used by the Battalion. The guidon bearer is Sean Brennen (Scout Plt). That would make the person doing the pinning (back to picture) Capt Moore (HHC CO) and more than likely the short guy next to him you can’t really see is Cpl Maloney (HHC).

The platoon behind the guidon beaer is the ADA platoon. SFC Roland (ADA plt) is the platoon sgt (tall black guy seen behind the two troopers getting promoted/pinned). From right to left, front row of ADA platoon, Pvt Rippie (sp?), PFC Rippeon, PFC Larzubal(sp?).
