Lived in Montoursville, PA when he passed away I think around 1988
I'm guessing he was in the service 1941-43 44 or 45. I know he has won various medals, I believe the purple heart, not sure what else, he was also wounded a couple of times and still went back to fighting the war.
He always went to the reunions with his war buddies, this always meant so much to him. He also contributed to a book on WWII and contributed many photos, I think he was the unofficial photographer.
